The Bishopton FC Girls Academy U8s squad is the perfect starting point for young girls beginning their football journey. At this early stage, the focus is on fun, friendship, and developing a love for the game in a safe and supportive environment.

Training sessions are designed to be energetic and engaging, helping players build basic skills such as dribbling, passing, and coordination through games and small-sided activities. Coaches create a positive atmosphere where every player is encouraged to take part, try new things, and grow in confidence.

The U8s take part in fun festivals and introductory matches, giving players their first taste of football in a relaxed and enjoyable setting. Emphasis is placed on participation, teamwork, and celebrating effort, ensuring every girl feels included and valued.

Supported by dedicated coaches and volunteers, the U8s team provides a strong foundation for players to progress through the Bishopton FC Girls Academy pathway while making friends and enjoying the game.
